Terms of sale

• Prices are in INR and include GST. Shipping is added at checkout: Standard ₹60, Express ₹140; a split shipment adds ₹60.
• We authorise your payment at checkout and charge it when printing starts. You can cancel for free until then.
• Catalog and custom items ship within 3 business days, file requests within 5. If a date moves, we email you first.
• Reprints are free when we got it wrong. Defects our automatic check flagged and you chose to keep are your responsibility, as stated on the quote.
• Catalog items can be returned within 14 days. Custom and file items are made for you and are non-returnable except for defects.
• Orders that need your input and get no reply within 14 days are cancelled and refunded.
