Privacy

We collect what we need to make and deliver your order: your email, delivery address and phone (for the courier), your designs and any files you upload. Payment details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach our servers.

Pictures you trace

When you trace a logo or photo in the customiser, the picture is processed in your browser. Only the resulting outline is saved; the picture is never uploaded.

Retention

Order records are kept for accounting and an audit log for two years. Uploaded files are deleted 90 days after your last order. Guest designs expire after 30 days. Delete your account and we purge your designs and files within 30 days.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: your session, your cart and, for guests, the designs you created on this device. No advertising or tracking cookies.
