Content policy

We screen text in designs and uploaded files automatically, and a person reviews anything flagged before it is printed. Declined jobs are refunded in full.

We do not print

• Weapons and weapon parts.
• Content that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright when you cannot show you have the rights.
• Hateful or harassing content.
• Sexual content involving minors.
• Counterfeit branded goods.

Allowed when you confirm you have the right

• Fan art for personal use.
• Logos you own or have permission to use.
• Likenesses of you or of people who consented.

Your files

Uploaded images, designs and 3D files are private to you and our operator. We get a licence only to print them for your order. Uploaded files are deleted 90 days after your last order, unless you keep them in your library, and within 30 days of account deletion.
